Key Covid-19 rules to follow

  • Supporters are encouraged to take lateral flow tests before the game and again, two days after the match. You can order a test HERE
  • Minimise travel where possible and follow National Travel advice.
  • Temperature checks on entry.
  • Staggered entry into the stadium guided by stewards.
  • Face coverings to be worn throughout, including while seated. Exemption requests to be dealt with by stewards upon entry, children under 11 not required to wear face coverings.
  • Maintain social distancing.
  • One-way systems in place.
  • Hand sanitiser points available around the stadium.

No, tickets for this fixture are no longer on sale and cannot be purchased either online or at the stadium.

What time does the car park open?


What time do gates open?

Gates will open at 11am and close at kick-off (12:30pm). Please arrive as early as possible to ensure a smooth entry into the Stadium – there will be no admission for late arrivals after kick-off.

Where can I sit?

Entry into the stadium will be staggered via entry/exit gates (no turnstiles in operation) and supporters will be allocated and escorted to a seating area by the designated steward.

Please note that only the Damson Homes Stand and the Gas Centre Stand are open for this fixture. Standing sections will be closed.

The seat and block number on your purchased ticket won’t be your allocated seat on the matchday.

What are the rules on who I can sit with?

In line with Government guidelines, supporters can sit in maximum support/social bubbles of four or two households.

What if I have Covid symptoms?

If you or anyone in your social bubble display any Covid-19 symptoms, test positive or you are self-isolating, do not attend the stadium.

Do not pass your ticket onto someone else to use. Tickets can only be used by the person named on the ticket, with checks carried out on entry.

A refund on your ticket can be processed provided you notify to kick-off. Refund requests will not be accepted after kick-off.

Will there be refreshments available at the Stadium for this fixture?

Limited catering facilities will be open outside the Stadium, however the stadium refreshment hubs and stadium bars will all be closed.

Supporters may be admitted with their own refreshments; however, these are still subject to regular stadium regulations.

Will I be able to sit in my usual seat?

No. To allow as many people into the stadium as possible and maintain social distancing, only certain seats will be available.

Supporters will be directed to their seats or standing area on arrival, in maximum bubbles of four or two households.

Will the club shop be open?

No, the club shop will be closed.

Will match programmes be available for this fixture?

Will car parking be available for this fixture?

Yes. Limited spaces within the Stadium car park are available on a first come first served basis. Car parking is £5.

Please note that 2020/21 car park passes are not valid for this fixture and will be transferred over to the 2021/22 season.

Yes. Due to the limited capacity and non-season ticket holders/away fans not permitted, the game will be live streamed on Solihull Moors TV for £7.50.
