We've Smashed the 20k Barrier!!

Well done to everyone who has helped push our fundraising efforts for The Moors 4's over the £20,000 mark!

We are still a fortnight away from the start of the event so that is a massive achievement, and everybody should be proud of their hard work to get us to such a milestone.

The current total stands at £21,195, let's keep that momentum going and raise as much as we can over the next 14 days!

This event is all about teamwork, pulling together to reach a collective goal of giving back to the community and finding the Foundation a home.

And this group spirit is epitomised by today's contributors to our weekly Fitness Friday segment, the Hasker family!

Ant & Claire do so much when it comes to the Moors' Youth & Junior section, to make sure that everything runs smoothly with the club's 90 plus Community teams.

Here Ant has created a challenge that caters to everyone, take a look HERE

Thought that was creative, wait until you read about the next guy!

Thinking Outside the Box!

This next Moors 4’s competitor has ripped up the rule book when it comes to taking on the challenge.

After sustaining an ankle and knee injury, Moors Community coach, Kevin Redmond had to re-evaluate his participation in The Moors 4's event.

And this is what he came up with!

Starting today he will aim to complete the story mode of the video game Red Dead Redemption 2 in 48 hours, but he won't only be gaming, no! That would be too easy!

In the spirit of Moors 4's, he will also be throwing in 400 sit-ups, 400 press-ups, and 4000 pedal strokes during his gaming marathon.

Talk about being inventive, Kevin really has got his creativity cap on, and shown just how absolutely anyone can get involved!

Anyone for a Coffee? The Perfect Place for Moors 4’s Participants to Refuel!

Coffee Shack is run by Moors season ticket holder Mark and his wife Steph and is located in the heart of Malvern Park in Solihull.

Solihull Moors Foundation CEO, Becci Fox, took a trip down to the Coffee Shack yesterday afternoon and, as well as posing for the below photo with Mark, was able to taste the delicious refreshments on offer!

Coffee Shack is the ideal checkpoint in between your Moors 4's challenge to refuel and recharge the batteries.

The full interview with Mark and more information will follow in next week's newsletter along with news of how you can participate in The Moors 4's, using Malvern Park as part of your route.

And finally, time for our Heroes of the Week!

Our Heroes of the Week are the Solihull Moors Under 11’s team!

We’re celebrating their treble-winning campaign which saw coach David Sheldon and the players win not one, not two, but THREE Trophies this season.

A huge congratulations to you all!

With The Moors 4's only two weeks away, let's take on that same winning mentality and make the event a real success!

Together, We Are Stronger.
