Internal Rules

Youth Committee

Please be aware that all sections are represented by way of a Youth Committee which is chaired by the Head of Youth & Junior and minutes from these meetings are kept and filed each month.


Changing Teams

It is our club Policy that each case where an individual child is unhappy, for the case to be treated in isolation and on its merits. It will be the decision of the Youth Committee as to the outcome. However, the welfare of the individual will always be the sole consideration in these matters. Where an agreement cant be reached it will be the final decision from the Head of Youth & Junior.  Changing teams will be considered internally to aid development of individuals, & where agreed by the team coaches, & parents concerned.

NB This applies to changing teams internally only.


Vetting Managers

No manager will be permitted to take charge of a Moors team without an interview process taking place. This meeting will be between the said Manager and the designated individual from the relevant section. This is to make sure that the adult concerned is a Fit and Proper person to carry out and promote our policies and procedures and to work with the interests of the players and the clubs good name in force at all times.  All coaches (including assistants) must hold a valid in date FA CRC/DBS certificate at all times failure to produce proof of certification could lead to expulsion from match day activities & training. No coach by law, can coach an U18s team without the accompanying Criminal Records Check.



Managers and Coaches will be expected to have the relevant qualifications in force at all times, and to attend the clubs in service training wherever possible and the FAs CPD events. Head of Youth & Junior will notify of any impending expiries on qualifications, but these must be acted upon immediately.

Failure to comply may result in expulsion.



Any Manager or Coach subject to a disciplinary will be expected to attend an internal meeting with the Head of Youth & Junior, &/or Disciplinary Officers from the relevant section in order to resolve issues. Notes from these meetings will be taken and kept on file in the Youth Offices.



The Youth & Junior section is split into the following sections:

         Saturday Section (Academy)

         Sunday Section (Grassroots)

         Girls Section

         Adult section

         Veterans Section (Over 35s & Over 50s)

Where individual meetings are held re discipline, welfare or indeed group meetings, minutes will be kept in the Youth offices.

Any internal matters such as these will always be brought to the attention of the Head of Youth & Junior.

All sections will operate under these same internal rules so that the club is uniformed across its sections and therefore consistent in its messages. It may be allowed for some small discrepancies in fees and such like as often league fees and monies can be different.

We will however all follow the same procedure in respect of playing kit and training kit.
