LADIES TEAM SECRETARY (Voluntary)

Reports to:   Club Committee through the Chairperson

Role:            To be the main point of contact for persons within and outside the club

To administer the affairs of the club

To be available via telephone and email to speak to about club                    activities and affairs.

Key Tasks:   Affiliating the club with the League and County FA

Registering players to the club via the FA portal

Ensuring adequate insurance is in place

Organising and booking pitches for the season

Attending league meetings

Corresponding with other teams, officials and match day providers

Qualities:      Excellent organisational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

                      Knowledge of football and charity operating environment

Time Commitment:       Estimated 8 hours a week
