Officials Bio
Tim joined Solihull Moors F.C. in June 2012 as Head of Youth Development, at the request of Marcus Bignot and then Chairman, Nigel Collins, with the remit to set up a proper Youth Development structure at the club. Tim and his team successfully achieved this and within 12 months the club boasted 27 Youth and Junior teams, including Girls/Ladies teams and had also achieved two levels of F.A. Charter Standard awards along with being recognised as the Birmingham County F.A. Development Club Of The Year for 2014. In November 2013, with the Youth and Junior section thriving, Tim took on the role of Football Secretary following former Secretary, Robin Lamb, departure to Kidderminster Harriers F.C. Tim has vast experience of the role as he held the same position at Redditch Utd F.C. for some 6 years from 2006 to 2012 whilst in membership of both The Football Conference and The Southern League, Tim was also responsible for setting up the Youth Development structure at Redditch Utd F.C. and held the position of Youth Development Director during his 10 years with them. Tim is also a fully qualified and licensed F.A. Level 2 Coach and has experience of coaching and managing teams from Under 7s up to and including Under 18s. Tim works full time as a Climatic Test Project Engineer for Jaguar Land Rover based at their Research and Design centre in Gaydon, near Banbury.
