The club can confirm that defender Kristian Green has departed Solihull Moors to join Tamworth.

Green, 27, arrived at the ATG Stadium in January 2017 after a successful period with Stourbridge which saw them reach the third round of the FA Cup in the 2016/17 season.

The full-back quickly adapted to life in the National League and made over 50 appearances during his time at the club, scoring once.

His versatility and reliable displays in a Moors shirt were pivotal to the club surviving in the division two years running.

Green stepped up to the plate as a left-back towards the end of last season, following an injury to Jamie Reckord.

His performances were rewarded on the last day of the season as he went on to captain the side against Eastleigh, in what proved to be his final appearance for Solihull.

Everyone at the club would like to thank Kristian for his efforts and wish him all the best for the future.
