Connor Franklin Leaves for Brackley Town
Wing Back Departs for National North

It is with regret that we must advise that Connor Franklin has signed with Brackley Town for the forthcoming season. He will reunite with Gareth Dean on the left of their defence a combination that proved so powerful in our promotion season.

Twenty nine year old Connor spent two seasons at the Moors helping to secure promotion to the National League in the first and staying there in the second. Fans will always remember his speed down the wings and his devastating long throws which could turn the game by themselves.

The birth of his son a few months ago and commitments at work have made the long away trips in the National league a problem for this talented defender and we thank him for his service to our club and wish him the very best at our near neighbours in the National North

We hope to bring you news about other retentions and departures over the next week
